Dark Nights in Mzansi

Dark Nights in Mzansi is a satire game set in a fictional portrayal of an impoverished townships, in which the player takes on the role of a night security guard in a newly established food bank. The game aims to utilize satire to raise awareness of the impact load shedding has on crime within these communities. Dark Nights in Mzansi, draws large inspiration from the popular game series “Five Nights as Freddy’s,” by implementing a unique twist on the game formula that focuses on the difficulties faced by the South African citizens, to combat crime during a power outage as a result from load shedding.
